Site hoarding boards may be a cheaper alternative to our popular premium Dibond ACM which can also be used for premium construction site hoardings, but our site hoarding board graphics are still designed for exceptional performance.

Manufactured using economy aluminium composite, this ACM board is a low to mid range solution that’s ideal for short to mid term applications and seasonal campaigns and most commonly used on the perimeter of building sites and new housing developments.

Site Hoarding Board Specifications

To develop these cheap ACM boards, two 0.2mm thick aluminium sheets are used to sandwich a polyethylene core, creating a rigid yet lightweight product that can be printed on one side with your hoarding graphics. Please be aware that the other side has a smooth mill finish and is not suitable for display purposes. Using this construction as a base, our team will then print graphics of your choice onto the board using the latest full colour UV cured inks to produce a high quality print that’s bound to turn heads.

ACM boards will cope in extreme hot or cold weather, they will not expand or contract at a noticeable rate, which means they will meet your outdoor signage requirements. These budget site hoarding boards are most suitable for use on or around construction sites and other large areas. However, they can also be used as a shop fascia or within factories if you’re looking for particularly affordable signage options.

The main thing to remember when ordering budget ACM boards is that they are most suitable for non-load bearing applications. Always bear this in mind when researching the different options available to you. Please Note: Although the maximum board size is 2.44m × 1.22m (approx. 8ft × 4ft) multiple boards can be printed and easily placed side-by-side to increase the image area.

Drill Holes
If you have any particular requirements for drilled holes (e.g. hole diameter, distance from edges, positions), please let us know when ordering. If not specified, we will supply your order with a drilled hole of 5mm in size, 20mm from the edges. please leave enough clear space so the holes do not impact on your design.

Please note, when providing a measurement for the distance to the edge, we ask for a distance-to-centre of the hole.

If you are providing exact hole placements as part of your artwork, all fonts must be outlined. Please make sure the holes placement marks are easily visible, we recommend a 2mm mark in a contrasting colour. Please note, the minimum drilled hole diameter size we can provide is 3mm.
