Our 750gsm banner is the thickest and best banner material available. These heavy duty 750gsm PVC vinyl banners can also be printed on both sides for maximum reach.

Please Note: It can be more cost-effective to print two 440gsm banners than to print one 750gsm two sided banner. If you’re unsure which option best suits your requirements, call us for more information.

750gsm Blockout PVC Banner (Heavy Duty)

Our 750gsm banner offers a heavy duty option for marketers. This durable PVC vinyl banner is ideal for a wide range of marketing activities, including exhibitions and promotional events. As the name suggests, our thick 750gsm PVC banners will block out all light to ensure no show through, keeping your graphics vibrant and ensuring uncompromised quality, regardless of whether it’s used indoors or outside.

It requires no supporting hem, can be trimmed to your own specifications, and is eyeleted as standard (although other finishing options are available – please enquire for more details).

At Signs & Print we offer high quality fast turnarounds on all of our 750gsm blockout banners at affordable prices. If you already have your own artwork to hand, simply send it to our team and we’ll do the rest. On the other hand, if you don’t have the time or the in-house skills to create your own graphics, we can provide these for you at an extra cost.

Please Note: We can print your PVC banners to any size up to 25 metres x 1500mm without joins. If you require a larger size banner, then it will have a join.

Please be aware that our 750gsm PVC banners are only intended to be temporary signage and we cannot be held responsible for any fitting or installation issues. As with all temporary signage, these PVC banners should be taken down in winds exceeding 30mph.

Hems & Eyelets
Banners will be given a reinforced hem, then eyeletted at equal distributions along the hem. Reinforced hems are created by folding over approximately 30mm of extra banner material to the backside of the banner creating a double thickness on the edges.

The standard distribution of eyelets is one per metre and we recommend leaving an inner margin of 60mm clear of any text. If you require a different distribution or specific placement of eyelets, that’s no problem at all - simply let us know what you need when you place your order.

Hems Only
Banners will be given a reinforced hem, the reinforced hems are created by folding over approximately 30mm of extra banner material to the backside of the banner creating a double thickness on the edges.

Trimmed to Size
Banners will be cut to the size ordered.

Trimmed to Size with Eyelets
Banners will be cut to the size ordered then eyeletted at equal distributions along the edges.

The standard distribution of eyelets is one per metre. If you require a different distribution or specific placement of eyelets, that’s no problem at all - simply let us know what you need when you place your order.

Pole Pockets
A pocket is added to the edges you require to allow a pole to pass through and support and tension the banner an eyelet can also be placed at each edge to allow fixing of retaining loop required in some installations.

As standard we add a pole pocket suitable for a 60mm scaffold pole. You will need to add 180mm to each edge where a pole pocket is required as we produce the pockets inclusive of your overall size. Please let us know which edges (top/bottom/left/right) are to have pockets, as well as the diameter of the pole(s) being used if not our standard size.

Custom pole pocket sizes are available on request. If you need to calculate the pocket allowance area, please use this formula:

Pole Diameter × 2.5 + 30mm =??? add this to every edge where a pole pocket is required, however, if you let us know the diameter of the pole to go into the pole pocket we can calculate the size of the pocket for you.

The most common confusion with pole pockets arises when some customers expect the pockets to be added to the overall size of the banner ordered. Instead, we produce pockets inclusive of the overall size you order.

This requires you to add a pole pocket allowance area, which varies in size depending on the diameter of pole that will be used. This pocket allowance area should be used on any edge where a pocket will be required.

We recommend this area is kept free of any important content (text, logos) and only used for background images and colours.
