Delivery Information
We use trusted national couriers to deliver our products across the UK. All items are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Our delivery charge also includes professional packaging materials and handling.
Order Cut-Off Time
Order cut-off time: 10:00am, Monday to Friday (working days).
Orders placed before 10:00am will begin processing on the same working day. Orders placed after 10:00am, or outside of working days, will be processed on the next working day.
Handling Time
Handling time: 1 to 2 working days.
Handling time refers to the period between receiving your confirmed order and dispatching it. This includes production, packing and preparation for courier collection.
Handling times vary depending on the product and options selected, however all orders are expected to be processed within 24 to 48 hours.
Handling days: Monday to Friday.
Transit Time
Transit time: 1 to 3 working days.
Once dispatched, delivery is handled by our courier partners. Transit times can take up to 72 hours depending on the product, delivery option and destination.
Dispatch days: Monday to Friday.
Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time: Up to 5 working days.
This includes both handling and transit time. We aim to have all products delivered within five working days, depending on the product selected, delivery option chosen and delivery location.
Standard Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on destination, basket value and the number of items ordered. This ensures each order receives the correct level of packaging, handling and transit protection.
We do not offer free delivery, flat rate shipping or free delivery over a spend threshold. Delivery pricing scales with order value so higher value orders benefit from increased protection and insurance.

Urgent and Same Day Delivery
If you require urgent production or same day delivery, we may be able to help. Orders can be produced overnight or at weekends subject to availability.
Collection from Store
Collection is free of charge.
You will be contacted once your order is ready for collection.
Collection times:
Monday to Thursday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Friday: 9:00am to 3:00pm
